Introduce a Girl to Engineering

Introduce a Girl to Engineering event on Feb. 21
As part of the National Engineers Week offerings, Introduce a Girl to Engineering, an event that debuted last year, will be held Feb. 21 in New Hope Center from noon to 2:30 p.m. Among other volunteer activities, Y‑12’s women engineers run exhibit booths, involve the girls in fun experiments and help counsel ninth- through 12th‑graders who have questions about the field.

Smoky Mountain SWE will have a booth here and we will be doing our chromography t-shirt activity again.  It was a big hit last year.  Please contact Jessica Clark jclark at merrick.com if you are interested in volunteering.
